All CravedM Creations titles — paperback, hardcover, Kindle eBook, and audiobook editions — are sold and fulfilled exclusively through Amazon.com. We do not process orders, payments, or shipping ourselves, so every return, refund, and exchange for a CravedM Creations book is handled directly by Amazon under their own return policy.

What this covers

Because Amazon handles fulfillment for every format we publish, their policy governs return windows, refund timing, exchange eligibility, and return shipping — not a separate CravedM Creations process. In general, most physical book orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and digital purchases (Kindle eBooks, audiobooks) follow Amazon's separate digital content return terms.
